Have you contributed something for the company which may be needing a merit such as a raise?@@@@@@@@If you are sure to yourself your answer is yes! to everything which was stated above @@then it's now time for you to request a meeting for your boss and settle everything....@@@@Set a meeting to talk it with your boss. Cooperate with the framework of the company in reviewing of the matter. You should  have kept records of your accomplishments for proof presentation purposes. This thing is a big step to make so you better prepare yourself to whatever will be the result of it, either if it will be approve or not.@@@@Meeting the Boss@@@@Only give emphasis on the things you were able to contribute to the company.@@@@Also raise the topic about additional benefits that you be have..@@@@If your request was turned down well you can ask for it for the next 3  months or so...@@@@@@What is most important is that you are loving your job, doing great on it and the next thing you'll know you are receiving the merit you deserve without requesting for it. But don't work hard just to get a raise, you should practice working hard with out thinking of merits that you may receive. Sometimes merits through salary raise aren't just enough to make your fulfilled but how you will be remembered by your co-workers.
